Eco Warrior Quest

I am suuposed to find evidence of an ecological disaster and bring back proof.

I have not found any information about this quest anywhere.

I just recieved this quest also today, I believe it to be a brand new quest from the most recent patch. So far all I have on it is that you need to go to shakhrami and there talk to Ahko Mhalijikhari who is a mithra standing near the entrance once you enter the Maze. She then proceeds to inform you of the situation and says that in order for you to catch the vermin you have to wear a special ointment to lure them from hiding. Now this "special ointment" causes you to temporarily lvl down to lvl 20. I did not proceed with the quest after learning this because I was not properly equipped to do it. I do not know if you need to be in a PT or not because the enemies near the entrance are still still worth xp, which means they will aggro you. So if anyone has any more info on this quest it would be appreciated. Thanx.

Hmm i got the same quest however i was pointed to head to Ordelles instead. This guy Reajile or something stands near the entrance and applies this ointment to cap your lvl to 20 and thats as far as i got.

yes i also got the quest but mine directs me to Gusgen Mines(shivers). gonna need some help with this one. Btw did yall recieve the quest in bastok? just wondering because i did.

I may try this quest tonight... if I can get a group for it. I'm only 18, but seeing as it lowers you to 20 it shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

I really don't want to lose 400 exp, though. :p

Ok... I also got this quest in Bastok and I got it from the lady named Rafia in the Steaming Sheep tavern. She told me about the ecological disaster and what organization she was in (V.E.R.M.I.N.). She then told me to go speak to "Deega, a member of V.E.R.M.I.N., he's our contact in the mines" for more info.

So I went to seek him out first the Bastok Mines District... no luck.

Then I went to find him in the Zeruhn Mines... again, no luck.

So the only other place I can think of that he might be is in the Palborough Mines but why would they have a contact way out there?

Anyway, if any of you know the whereabouts of Deega, i'd be very happy to know because I have NO idea where he is...

I didn't even know the Gusgen Mines existed until last night but now it makes sense... one of the first things I did in the game was go into the tavern and talk to Rafia so I must have forgotten where she told me to go.

But you guys are saying it takes your level down to 20? Why are you even able to attempt this quest before you hit that level?

Eco Warrior Quests

SAN D'ORIA

Talk to Norejaie at the pub (K-8) in South San d'Oria.
If you haven't undertaken any other Eco Warrior quest in any other kingdom, you can undertake the quest.
There is Reajile near the NPC of the 'Rescue' mission in Ordelle's Caves.
If you talk to him, you'll get a temporal level down to Lv20.
6 people are required in your party at least.
The alliance of two parties will make it a lot easier.
You'll get no EXP while your level is down.
Only those who get level down can spell magics on those who get level down.
Only those who get level down can attack the NM which should be attacked by those who get level down.
Examine ??? at G-10 on the second map (where there is 'lung' of the human body).
Time limite of the level down is 1 hour.
The NM will not appear if this time limit is over.
It is possible to retry getting level down. You can release level down halfway, too.
If you examine ???, an NM named Necroplasm (which is known for the infamous event in the past) will spawn.
Kill it and examine ??? again to get an 'Undigested Stalactite'.
The toughness of the NM is that you can narrowly kill it when you are in a 6-member party of Lv20 (with support jobs of course).
Recommended party configuration is the alliance of two parties.
Only those who have undertaken the quest can participate in this quest.
* If you die, the loss amount of EXP depends on the level limit of Lv20 for the quest.
However high your level is, the loss of EXP is just 100 if anyone has Raise II magic to spell on you.
* ??? is located at the place where 'incredibly tough' and 'very tough' monsters for Lv20 exist.

Reward is 5000G and the Ranperre's War Memoirs (Ex Rare).
If you use Ranperre's War Memoirs, you will randomly get 600-900 EXP for one of your jobs.


BASTOK

Talk to Raifa at Steam Sheep Restaurant (E-5) in Port Bastok.
If you haven't undertaken any other Eco Warrior quest in any other kingdom, you can undertake the quest.
There is Degga in the entrance of Gusgen Mines.
If you talk to him, you'll get a temporal level down to Lv20.
6 people are required in your party at least.
The alliance of two parties will make it a lot easier.
You'll get no EXP while your level is down.
Only those who get level down can spell magics on those who get level down.
Only those who get level down can attack the NM which should be attacked by those who get level down.
Time limit of the level down is 1 hour.
The NM will not appear if this time limit is over.

Two NMs named Pudding will spawn.

sounds good.. i got the quest when i was lvl 6, not knowing it's that hard:sweat:

5k is definately needed, and 600-900 exp is good for a higher level job

6-900 is nothing for a higher level job, I don't really see this quest worth doing, needing an alliance or something? sounds like too much effort for what it's worth.
