Just found an item called a "muddy bar tab" off a mob in E or W Sarutabaruta. The description is that it is a bill from a bar that is partly smeared with mud. It sounds like a quest item but I have no idea what quest it could be for..maybe I need higher fame in Windurst to find out. Anyone know anything?
