Ive read a thread or 2 regarding this error message..
I keep getting it as well. I just activated one account, and I cant seem to activate my main account. first I tried the same account # on 2 separate accounts, and then read that you had to wait 24 hours to activated the same account with the same credit card number.
so, then I tried to use a different card.. No luck.. I get the same error or I get the error saying the server is busy.
now that ive given at least 6 cards a try, im going to wait 30 minutes to see if that works...
has anyone else had this same issue..
seems like BS.. you would think SE would WANT your money right?
apparently they dont want it bad enough!
