Return home question

Ok, I am very sorry if this has been answered but I just want to be sure. I am planning on returning to FFXI and I have lost my registration codes. I still have my playonline ID and am still a member. It has been more than a year so my content ID has been deleted. I want to use the Return home Type B.

If I buy a new game, that has new registration codes, will those work for getting my old character back? I just want to make sure because I don't want to purchase a new game for nothing.

I don't think a new registration key would work for your old character.
Calling playonline service maybe your best choice. Prepare all information you used when you registered, they will ask for everything you know to identify you are the account owner.

Yeah, I have done that, and called them back a few times in the past couple weeks. They say I have to speak to a supervisor, who wil call me back. They seem to take their good ole time about it.
