Help Exiting Final Fantasy XI PC

I'm new to FFXI and I have no idea how to exit the game. I've tried every button combination and so far the only method that works is either pressing the Windows key or pressing Ctrl+Esc. Neither of these seems right. What's the right way to exit the game? Thanks

press the "-" key to access the main menu, then press the "->" key to access the second page of the menu, the last option is the log out option, you character should sit down and start a 30 sec count and then it logs out.

Thanks, I didn't (and still don't) see the log out in the translation page, but either way, thanks. I'll try it out tonight after work.
