I finally managed to get FFXI working reliably on my Vista laptop in time for college. Everything was going fine until I got this message when trying to log on from my dorm this morning:
I have looked though other threads and can't exactly mess with ports due to it being a Resnet connection in my dorm. Is there anything I can do about this? Tech support for the college does not seem to want to help me out. Does anyone know if there is anything i can do or am I going to be stuck being only able to play during holidays and the odd weekend visit home for the next 3 years?
