Error when starting POL..

I keep seeing this pop up box that says "PlayOnline Viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience" everytime i try to run POL. I used to play on my Ps3 and just starting installing everything on my laptop, everything has been going fine but for some reason this pop up has been coming up everytime i try to run PlayOnline, i even un installed and re installed everything twice now. Does anyone know what i should do?

Well im useing Windows Xp but im not sure what you would need to know about my computer specs. lol Im looking at my specs right now and have no idea what any of it means

ill type it out..sorry if its the wrong info but im pretty sure what im about to type are my specs.

Technology TL-50
1.61 GHz, 992 MB of RAM

Your RAM values are odd.

I'm not saying that is the issue but you really need to get some new RAM, that is a RAM conlict if i'm not mistaken.

Whats your graphics card, Wicked Will? And incase i'm not entirely illiterate on the subject, is this a laptop?

Gfx card is NVIDIA Ge Force Go 6150
and yes this is a laptop
