Graphics question

Hello, I am hoping for some help on this odd graphics occurrence. The water looks like it has a clipping plane of its own or something.



I realize there is a morning fog type effect happening too but just after I took the shot, the sun came up and fog was gone but the water looked the same

Specs:

Dell Inspiron e1705
Intel Core 2 2.16 Ghz
nVidia Go 7900 GS
2 Gb RAM
WinXP Pro

No one else has this problem? I was thinking it had to be nVidia related...
Any help would be great.

You might want to install Fraps and re-take your screenshot using that to produce a larger more detailed picture for us to look at.

use POL's recommended drivers.

Change the drivers and tweaked some config settings. Things seem to be working nicely now. Thanks for the help.
