Fatal Error with POL! Missing Content ID!

Please help me. Yesterday I tried logging on, and when I tried pressing Play Game it told me I needed a content ID? WHAT?! I've been playing since the beginning of summer where did my ID go? I tried reactivating it but its under maitenence and I can't access it. I checked my billing stuff I had paid everything, it knows i use a VISA so I'm guessing my billing info is correct. I called a POL GM and they told me to go to a website (and not panic) sign in, and talk to them. I tried, the site didn't work. I tried the number they gave me (PN), and the call didn't go through. I went to POL.com and tried to do live chat on that. After a long time of

"Sorry all Agents are busy"

I got a reply, they told me EXACTLY what the GM told me. and im like, well... um.... aren't I talking to you NOW? (POL site admin live chat) It seems I was misdirected. ARGH! I just am scared T.T I don't want my content ID to dieeee!!! Do I need to wait until NOV. 5 for the update to maitenence (Content ID register, reactivation, billing changes to be fixed etc.) Cuz I feel helpless and I'm afraid by account will be wiped out. the GM's said to wait it out, but im afraid. will my content ID disappear after a day? T.T; I'm scared. not to mention frustrated because I had a COP static on for that night >.>;
Please help me I'm desperate and scared out of my mind!!!

This content id thing is almost becoming a monthly thing for me >.>; but i can say that your character is still there, and can be fully reactivated once they finish with the mainence.
