I just got done downloading everything on the xbox 360 and I was giving it a quick try to see if everything was alright. After moving around a bit I logged out and was about to make a new character. In which I would be using to actually play. Problem is it seems I can't delete the already existing player, nor can I created a new one. So pretty much what im asking is. I pretty much screwed up my account huh?

I'm not sure why you aren't able to delete the first character. That has never been a problem for me. As for additional characters, those require another content ID, which you can purchase for an additional $1 per month, which is added to your regular monthly fee. You can access the Content ID menu via the FFXI main menu. You would have already accessed it anyway to get things set up, so it shouldn't be hard to find.
But seriously, I haven't the slightest clue why you can't delete the first one. Hopefully someone else will have a few ideas on that.

Another problem is that my friend wants me to go play with him on his server. So im guessing im stuck on this server now as well, correct?Comment

You shouldn't be. He will have to purchase a World Pass for you, however, so that you can end up on his server.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I go to "Delete Character" and choose my first character. It just says "Delete" or "Cancel" I choose "Delete" and next thing I know it makes a weird sound and nothing happensOriginally posted by Murphie
