Best possible graphic?

Got an 20 inch lcd, running 1600x1200, got an 7800gtx and a amd64 3700+ cpu with 2gb ram.

So i wonder what i can do to get the best possible graphic in ffxi? like is it possible to turn on aa and af? because atm i think the game really have a lot of not smooth corners and stuff, it just dosen't look so great...

So i would appricate som help so that i could get the most out of my computer rig.

Game is 4 years old. You are limited to that.

There are some things you can do - such as extending clipping range, but not sure on forums rules as to posting to 3rd party applications / advising on registry editing, so will let a moderator reply then give advise

Thanks, i've checked out some of them and there was this background resolution thing oyu could set to 2048x2048, and the game looked a little bit nicer yes.

Anyway, feel free to come with more replies.
