Problem installing Vana'Diel collections..

Alright..SO after getting a new dvd rom to install both the vana diel collections and Treasures of Aht'Urhgan I attempted to install playonline but at the end of it, it would say something along the lines of 'Installation Cancelled' then go onto say something interrupted wizard during the installation process right after hitting 100% which was something about publishing...

I apologise if that made no sense whatsoever, I hope someone knows how to fix this problem and if they could tell me, I would be very grateful!

Gladly! I hope this small ones are good enough to show you whats occuring, if not I can take entire screen ones...

Alright..For step one I opened up the Playonline part where you install everything



Afterwards I click on the install playolnine thing, agree to everything then it begins preparing like normal!


After that, it begins to install and everything, then this occurs...I hope this is enough, if not I'll gather up whatever you need to the best of my abilities Thank you for helping though!

ok first off, uninstall all FFXI stuff, and turn off any anti virus and spyware programs, you need to install POL first then FFXI and all the expansions

I fixed it, apparently it was something with my wireless router...So now I'm using a cord...Which fixed the problem Thank you...But now I'm getting tons of POL errors XD
