ok i recently bought the vana'diel collection and put the disc in. It loads up the plyonline thing with all the things to install. I can install the playonline just fine and i have an account setup and everything, but when i went to install final fantasy it gets to 100% and then an error pops up

use DLL failed.
Couldn't load ENCRYPT.DLL File.

after clicking ok this error pops up.

1628:Failed to complete installation.

The game ends up not installing. So i cant install the game at all. I really need help

what version of windows are you using and have you installed the latest service pack/updates?

and to be honest i haven the slightest idea if i have. I will do so now if i havent lol . Ill see if that works
