Help with the expansion...

I am having a problem regestering Rise of the Zilart. My copy of the game included the expansion, and I've installed it and regestered it using the code. The problem is, when open up the FFXI screen where it lets me choose my character it says that I don't have the expansion installed. I've tried re-installing it but it does the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks to anyone who replies.

did you register zilart under "Expanded Services"?

Yes, I've even tried to register it again but it says that I've already registered it...

dunno then. have you tried emailing POL support?
