Uhhh really big problem

Ummmm well I have a really big problem and I didn't know where to post so I posted it here
My playonline won't start It would close right after it showed the company who made it and stuff any reasons why??

i dont know which forum is correct. first when asking a question like this maybe list system specs? read the box, does your pc meet or exceed the minimum requirements? maybe go to playonline,com and download the demo and see if you can play that. a low score on the demo might mean that you cant play the game. this could also be a driver problem. try updating to newer or different drivers for chipset and video card. hope this helps.

Well, At first it worked and i was playing it for 2 months and then all of a sudden it stopped working four days ago on December 1 , is there still a way to fix this?
