currently i have a netgear wireless router and it is always giving me connection problems. i kicks me off every 20 mins and i have to reestablish the connection. my friend had the same problem with the wireless router and then he switched to a hardwired one(not wirelss) and the connection was fine again. so i was thinking about buying a Linksys BEFSR41 EtherFast Cable/DSL Router with 4-Port 10/100 Switch
i was wondering what other people use to keep a steady connection or what router should i get that is releativley cheap like under $150 and will not loose connection.

You see, I'm in the same boat you are with a wireless router, however I don't have the luxury of getting a wired router, and I must keep my wireless one. Thing is, my connection has been kicking me off within 1-2 minutes of logging in. Seeing as how I have to stay with my wireless router, is there anything I can do to prevent it from kicking me off like it has been? My only idea is to get a wireless repeater to strengthen the signal, but they cost upwards of $140 and I'd like to see if there are effective alternatives before going out and getting one. Maybe it's not the wireless connection that's kicking me off (although I'm almost certain it is).
