playonline password

i have a japanese account but an english game(i played the japanese version) and i keep trying to log on to playonline but i keeps saying my password is incorrect.

is there anyway to get my playonline password without going through a hassle?

I don't know if it works or anything, perhaps you should buy a Japanese-type keyboard?
