trying to restall FF 11, reg key not working

i seem to be having trouble getting the reg keys to work, and i can't remeber my old pol id either. is there a way to reteive my pol id?

If you have your registry keys and proper identification, you should be able to obtain your username, but not your password, that would have to be reset.
