Need help registering

I live in Australia and about 1 year ago i imported a copy of FFXI, however just before i recieved it my computer stopped working, well anyway long story short I finaly got my computer to work again and i immediatly installed FFXI but when I went to register the POL viewer it asked me for my country and it only lets me choose US or Canada, I can't give a fake address because they need the billing address for the credit card so what should I do?
I would really appreciate help from any other Australians who imported FFXI and have been able to use it or if anyone has a suggestion please post.

Just search google for a fake adress, or a friend one, the credit card billing address dont have nothing to do with the living adress.
