POL ID Problems

Whenever I try to login to my friend's POL account, it says I have either the wrong POL ID or Password. But this can't be right, my friend is using the exact same POL ID and same Password to login to his account. Another friend of mine tried it and logged in successfully.

Is there a reason I'm not able to login on his POL acct?

Have in mind that there are 3 different POL clients.. US, EUR and JAP.

a JAP account cant be used as a login in a US client..

a US login will only work on the US client of POL.

Maybe you just have different POL clients.
