how do i fix this! i called tech support and they said i need to get it to work to play, and they didnt help me i just told them it worked after 4 hours on the phone with the dimwits -.- HELP! :confused:

yes to DX and havnt the slightest clue of my pc specs XD ((sad isnt it)) XD i know it meets the min requirments its a brand new PC with nothing on itComment

a brand new PC won't necessarily meet the requirements... does it have some kind of 3D card installed? have you been able to run the FFXI benchmark?
