installing RoZ expansion on PS2

ok i downloaded the regular game onto my HDD and im able to play and all that but it says i need to register the RoZ expansion so i did and after it was all done my guy wasnt there!!! i cant choose him it just says create charecter.... does anyone know what i have to do in order to retrieve my guy?

i was thinking just go to the content ID screen and choose something there but i dont want to mess it up so if someone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Did you create a content ID? That is also known as you character.
