Receive 0's Have Returned!!!

Hello I have been registered here for quite a while but normally stay in the background and dont speak much. I have finally come here after extensive searching and coming up empty. I seem to continually have a problem with Getting Receive 0's durring gameplay. Sometimes it will not happy at all and They sometimes it will happen once or twice within a day maybe more. I am sick of now once again picking up FFXI and playing again only to find that I cannot join a party for fear of a Disconnection.

I am running with a Linksys Router Wireless Capable. I am on Cable Internet (Road Runner Cincinnati) and my direct connection is Wired I am not running Wireless. This problem has followed me around for quite a while and nothing seems to help. The ports have been forwarded before and nothing. Can someone please direct me to whom I should talk to or something I might ahve over looked. I just want to play my game again.

Please check the players online in the area and name the area you where getting the R0.

I have them very often in Low Jeuno, but i don't care since it's there always and not going to go away.
