Cant move in game PC version

i tried it all the mouse hold down the left button to move the right pad with arrows to move and the aswd to move none of these work can sumone help me so i can play this game the game also tells me i cant do alot of the commands i just started so im at my village i chose and i cant get past the first set of npcs after they talk thats it then i cant move or nothing sumone plz help me by replying to this with suggestions or answers

Go onto FFXI. Get to the stage you cant move then go to Helpdesk and go for a GM call. There is a category that says something like "Not able to move in game" so just send them a message in that and a GM will sort u.

thanks for the info but i cant even get the help menu or anything im gunna try sum stuff see if it will fix it i noticed that in the booklet there is more hud in there then whats on my screen

well neither of them worked i was wondering do u have to have a scroll mouse ? i dont think i have too but who knows
