Help with JP FFXI Error

Question.. I have had FFXI for a long time.. over a year import.. and For some Odd Reason it seems to just lock up while I play out of the blue.. only does it in this game.. could it be something with the game or could it be my FX Card. anyone have this happen to them?

It only happens in this game. I can play Halo for hours nothing.. I can play DAOC for hours nothing.. while I play FFXI it just dies.. locks up...

System Specs

ATI Radeon 9500
2.0 AMD Athalon XP
512Megs DDR
