Big instation problem error 1305

hi all, everytime I try to install the game I get to the second disc(59%) and then error. I spoke with a GM and he said to go to ftp://fxi:download@69.44.59.180 , so i did and then i tried getting in but it won't let me(i used my playonline name and password and still I'm stuck can somebody please help this newbie

You forgot an F in FFXI~ added it, and it works fine.

the address is right but what is the username/ password to enter the ftp site??
i need that second disc
