I read that BG thread from the beginning, guess I was wrong? Originally, he wanted to be able to redo the non-repeatable quest because his title was 'Black Belt', but he had no item, meaning he obviously did the quest. If I was SE, I'd only allow him to redo the quest.

Sorry to be misleading, coulda sworn that's what happened. I'll have to look and see if the pics are necro'd somewhere

No, he was offering to the GMs that he'd re-do the quest but in the end the GM just gave him the belt.

SE didn't give him the item ppl, they gave him the ability to REPEAT the Black Belt quest, which is normally not repeatable.

I'm pretty sure the [GM] said something like "Let me create the item for you." then "Make sure you have space." Then he gave him the item. The guy was originally just asking to at least be able to redo the quest, since he most likely wouldn't get the item back from SE. However, he ended up getting the actual item.
