Login Trouble

Hi all, two years ago i get a trouble with my account when my credit card expired.

I don't do the change immediatly, and my account was closed.

So now i want to get my account back, but i have a trouble on my PoL JP.

i have this:



So i can't login.

I tried my ID on a PoL Eu and it's been reconized, but can't do the change information for the Credit Card on PoL Eu.

I MUST do it on PoL JP.

So if someone can translate me what is on the screen, thanks a lot.

All it says is

Network Connection Error
0242 UNKNOWN ERROR 242

Which doesn't really help that much either way ...

Thx, but i don't understand why i have this trouble, my PoL Eu work perfectly on the same PC.

Is this a reinstall of your POL viewer ?

Yes, i just reinstall PoL JP for resolve my info Credit Cards.

This isnt something I can help with at all, you should contact SE.

I have contact SE Eu, but they didn't know this error, cause all PoL have a specific error from Country.

And i don't speak japanese for contact them and resolve this.

I talking with a GM, and he said my account is active, but all my character is deleted, cause the conflict was to long and SE with no answer have deleted all characters.

So now, i continue my adventure on a Eu version.
