Latent Weapons

If I dual-wield a heart snatcher and retributor, do my WS count for both weapons? or just the main hand?

Im pretty sure you only build to latent goals on the main. Just as you dont get a proc on a (for example) fire sword when its not the main.

Maybe...

Added effects can proc from a weapon in your off hand, as can some latent abilities be activated. But what he was questioning is if he could gain Weapon Skill points to break the latent on Critical hit (and by extention, Trial Weapons). Which, of course, does not work for offhanded weapons.
