Gold World Pass

Hey, I have no idea how to buy a Gold World Pass. I want to use it when I create a new character so he will be in the same area as myself, so both our friend's lists will be the same. Is this possible?

1- You choose the server. You can't get a GWP for your own account (or, if you can, it won't do any good)
2- your friends list is tied to your POL ID, and has nothing to do with the WP system.
