Because that's the only possible defense for what you're saying.

Either following the TOS is a bad thing, and it's bad that GMs would temp ban someone for breaking it; or following the TOS is a good thing, and it's good that GMs are taking action against people that break it.

Also, you don't know that he's the only person to be punished. Other people could easily have been suspended and not made a fuss about it, or gotten warnings and account flags.

Oooor I'm saying that this ruling was more due to the fact of the where and the when more then the what, because the rules get stricter when HNM are around? Perhaps what I mean is exactly what I've been saying and not some odd interpretation that you decided to whip up? You can spam /random and /emotes and not get in any trouble for it, just not at an HNM camp/city/crowded exp spot. The where and the when are more important here then the actual what.

It's not hard to find out who gets suspensions in the HNM community, if you don't say something surely someone else will. Gossip gets around fast in endgame.
