How do i cancel my account

Hello, I purchased and installed FF11 and 2 expansion packs. The game has been running now for 3 days out of my 'free' 30 days play at start up. How do i cancel my account so that my subscription will end at the end of those 30 'free' days and so that i won't be billed monthly.

From playonline website...

To cancel a Content ID, from the PlayOnline Viewer choose Service and Support, Membership, Content ID, and select "Cancel." Follow the instructions on screen. Please note that you will need your PlayOnline ID and PlayOnline password at this time.

The Content IDs will be stored for 3 months including the months which the service was cancelled for. The Content IDs can be reactivated within 3 months after its deactivation date or before the Content IDs are deleted from the server by going through the reactivation process.

Now if the account holder cannot go through this process for any reason, please contact the PlayOnline Information Center at 858-790-7529 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Time for additional assistance.
