I'm pretty sure RDM/WHM or RDM/BLM would work fine, just as long as you bring along yagudo drinks for refresh and maybe a few hi-pots.

Actually it might not. The real reason to sub NIN is to have shadows in case the mob breaks gravity too near you. /whm and /blm you have no margin for error. You MUST be away from the mob far enough to not get hit and interrupted while casting.

If you have no choice, I'd do /blm for Elemental Seal. It would give you a 100% stick Gravity so long as resist isn't insanely high by that point.
