I believe you just show up and look for that particular ??? at the right times. Which would be when it's your Race/Gender's usual RSE time.

I would avoid Gusgen Mines if you could. Ordelles is so much easier. You will be running to the ??? and examining them over and over. Ordelles has a nice course you can take. It took me about 3 rse days to get mine.

Gusgen was my favorite for the sachet. It was a nice triangle that didn't take all to long to traverse.

No quest need for this, just have to be in the right place, and find the "???." I'm pretty sure the NM won't spawn if you find it and it's not your races time. I'm 0/3 on this thing, and I haven't tried to camp it in about two weeks or so. I need to get back on that. I don't have any other options for that slot until I can use my Bomb Core. (Speaking of which... I loaned it to a LS members... lol)

Gusgen was a pain for me since some Galka kept shutting doors behind me. On the other hand, that was the zone where I obtained my Balm Sachet.
