Hard to believe this, but I actually had to think about whether I was 27 or 28... I never thought this would happen to me. Been playing off an on (more off) for about 3 years.

24 here, still semi-new to the MMORPG thing. The only other MMO I've really stuck with before now is PSO: Blue Burst back in 2004. I had nine months of good times with that game, and I'm hoping my FFXI experience will live up to it. ^_^

I'm 21. The oldest member of my main social linkshell is 42, I believe and the dad of one of our other members, which is amusing to no end to me. ^^

Hard to believe this, but I actually had to think about whether I was 27 or 28

So did I, but I lost.. 28.

Since everyone is talking about gaming, here's my little rant.. I've been gaming since I could insert 20c into a slot (around four I guess) and was fascinated with arcade machines. I taught myself programming at eight and spent every weekend going to various friends houses and hijacking their C=64 to make my silly programs. After four years of going through the classified ads and bugging my parents to get me a second hand C=64 for fifty bucks, they spend 3 grand at christmas on an XT PC, with genuine beep-only speaker and 4 colour graphics ><. Well, they weren't to know. Lucky I enjoyed programming so much - it was useless for almost everything else.

Well thats enough life story ^^ but it ended with my sucessful career as a... you guessed it, computer programmer! I achieved my childhood dream when the third games company I worked for released an arcade machine! (Ozi Rules 2020 for anyone in Australia)

Im 15. I turned 15 in may so meh. I started 12-13ish. Yes I was quite the n00b at times but I joined a RPLS and they ended up making me mature and less of a n00b much quicker. Now I have people thinking Im anywhere from 18-30. Im 15 dangit, for proof want me to run around screaming "BOOBIES!"

okay new update : out of 87 ages the new average age is 28.4


( we now have 2474 yrs of experience ) divided by 87 ages posted = 28.4 average age..


its just good to see so many young/older players !!

Much for star wars galaxies until the CU after CU.....after that all my friends quit the game and I was left with a yt-1300 ship with no crew. ;;

It seems although the average in-game is around 15-25, the average of people who look for info or use sites like this one is a bit higher.

I'm 16 but my LS goes from age 15-32 (most in their 20's)
