Not having a 2nd competent tank in our LS that isn't me is killing me. We have 15 someodd PLDs(one is the shellholder and main tank) and not a single one other than the main I can trust to tank anything more than a Wild Rabbit. The ones that don't have flat out awful gear are just incapable of reading their chatlog when we say little things like "xxx mob next" or "kite it" 15 FREAKING TIMES IN BOTH PARTY AND LS CHAT, most have both flat out awful gear and the illiteracy issue.

I asked if someone else could be 2nd tank for Omega last night so that I could actually play normal RDM for a change...and by the time it's at 10% I'm tanking it as /DRK because noone else is unretarded enough to read their friggin' chatlog.

This I can TOTALLY relate to. In one of my previous ls's we had this super friggin awesome tank (NACE ). I could totally trust him to do his job AND do it well. The other tanks (my son included ><) were either playing DS/PSP, eating, watching a video/tv, too busy talking on vent, etc to pay attention to ls/ally chat and DO THEIR F**KING JOBS RIGHT! At least I could get up and cuff my son upside the head when he screwed up! LOL

I want to stop leveling jobs but every time I see someone do some shit like that I get into 'goddammit I should just level xxx job so I know it'll be done right' mode. PLD is almost 72, BLM or SCH will probably be next at this rate. :/

Drop rates on simple things. I spend hours farming with a friend for my dnc af item (Glue r/e). Kill god knows how many Yag pipers when another person turns up and gets the drop on their 3rd mob. The 3rd sodding mob!!!!!

No kidding.

SE should make it so if you kill say 10-20+ mobs the chances of getting quest Rare/Ex items would increase until you got the drop. (Mobs who have a chance of dropping the item that is.)

I see why the moon and all the other stuff affects regular drops, but for quest items crappy drop rates are just unnecessary time sinks.

Mine all dropped rather quickly

Also I don't think it's taken more than 5 kills each for a Citadel/Necropolis coffer key the last 5 I've had to farm.

The karma is being repaid in the form of Chapeau drop rate I'm sure.

Every time I've farmed G1 items for someone else they have dropped pretty much straight away, when I've needed them on one of my characters......

Bleh somewhat of a jealousy post, but another LS mate was doing ENM with LS leader, he stopped showing up regularly so I took his spot for a few weeks, he came back and QQ'd to get his spot back...I say go for it, and they get 2x Haguns, 2m each.

So, buncha peeves.

So the LS gets a weekly ENM setup, I have time to join the first one, but I've missed the rest, maybe about 3-4 total. I've been logging on mainly for CoP stuff because I just haven't had alot of time to play. I find out that they got a Hagun to drop, and I also found out that the person who replaced me, who was also a long time member and in very good standing in the LS, took the Hagun to "sell" and promptly switched servers.

So like, yeah... You just threw it all away for some item worth a paltry 2-3 mil or so? Not only that, but I'm calling it a paltry 2-3million when I only have like, 100k on me at any one time, at best, simply because I lack alot of time to play this game. Zeyger was a person who was online alot of the time. I cannot comprehend that someone who is on it seemed something like 6 hours a day, couldn't toss together 2-3 million within a week or two, easily.

Next peeve, campaign!

I'm really peeved at people taking mobs halfway across the zone to solo, holding up the rest of us easily by 20 minutes after the last mob has been killed, while they solo a mob as ???/Dnc, with a Kclub of all things. I don't know quite what she was, but I think she was Pld/Dnc, possibly Whm/Dnc. But regardless, there were about 10 people in the zone, and we killed off 2.5 waves of NPCs, two NMs, and by the time I found her way off in the blue yonder, she had a yagudo from the first wave at somewhere between 3/4-4/5 health. Pulling a mob off a ways to get some solo exp is one thing, but if you still haven't seriously damaged the mob after 20+ minutes of soloing, don't be pulling it so far away, that's just rude.

Also, a particular static CoP member is bugging me. She tends to get on late, pushes to leave early, continued making stupid and offensive "ur mom" jokes after I asked her to stop, and frankly I suspect her of aggroing a shitload of pots during CoP 8-2 when we were trying to sneak past them because she was 10k tnl and wanted us to fight more mobs for exp. Unlikely to happen because we were trying to push to get to the NM before Darksday was over. Now sure, she wasn't the only one to aggro a pot during that run, and we got a few other aggros here and there. But she was the only one to run into pots while they had their aggro side facing her, after were told her not to multiple times. We wound up making 4k exp on that run >.> We did fine really though, but it still bugs me. You wouldn't run head on into a goblin, so why a pot? And I really do feel like she was trying to get some exp out of that run. I don't feel that it was an accident, although maybe it was.

Still though, she seems to take any opportunity to try to call quits on the run. And I'm really kinda peeved that she was on alot in the beginning, we got her her Sleepga II scroll, and then it was, "See you all in two weeks!" and we're all like "Huh?". Then when she comes back she almost sounded surprised that we were still waiting for her.

I don't like her which I'm sure is coloring my view on what she is saying and how she says it, so I'd probably take what I just said with a grain of salt. But still, she bugs me at times.
