Someone in my LS last night put an Onion Dagger up for auction before he took a few months break. Last night when he came back, he said that someone bought it for 99k. And it was already off the history so he had no way of returning the gil.

That seems more like a person that was quitting the game trying to help a newbie.

Sometimes I have my mules put up copper ore on the AH when they don't have anything else to sell. I just like to have them always selling something, you know? And if I get some while leveling, I'll send it to them.

Heh, I've seen sooo many stories of mis-bids like this.

Last night I bought Raise II, using all my cash (plus some I didn't have ), I must've read the spell description fifty times before I hit that Bid button.

But OUCH.
