Two levels to my THF to end up at level 45 (TH2!!)
Installed WotG at my dads house and unlocked DNC (after recieving some hype from my ls mates) leveld it to 7(Drain Samba is awesome >.> <.<)

I have managed to obtain Warp & Drain. Gone from level 18 to 22. Also unlocked my Chocobo License & obtained a Chocobo egg from the quest "Chocobo On The Loose!"
Its going good!

Congrats Aksannyi. I remember when I got Rank 10 in Bastok( my first nation). I was on a high whenever I logged on for three days afterward.

Arg, such a pain. I cry a little inside when I'm reminded the uphill battle that will be when I get to San d'Oria.

And good luck with Windurst, Ak. I don't know about your server, but here, it seems like Windurst never controls anything. Hell, I'm still waiting for Zulkheim(Valkurm Dunes) control.

Congrats Aksannyi! I just got rank 5 myself in Basty. I'd do Sandy next as it seems to control everything these days. Also, just got my NPC Fellow! So easy to do at Lv 52 RDM/WHM.

Windy has the best storyline, and Sandy has the easiest fights. The outpost thing sucks, but having all 4 nation flags is really nice.

Thank you everyone ^_^ Windy is the last one I need, and I'm going minimal on OPs (just like I did with Bastok) until I can go back to being Sandy again for good.

Only reason I got Fauregaundi (sp) was so it was easier to solo my BLM in Pso'Xja. XD

Bastok has the worst story line, IMO. But yeah, you'll feel really accomplished when you get those three flags sitting in your Mog House.

Two things, first, I managed to get rank 5 a couple weeks ago. It's nice to finally be able to fly the airships around.

And second, something that wasn't a goal but I still want to share. A little different from what you guys are used to reading here. Anyway, yesterday was mithra week for the RSE, so a linkshell member and I decided to take a shot at it in Ordelle's Caves. It was just the two of us, 36 pup/dnc and 33 rdm/??? (he might have been lower than 33, but 25+ for sure). So the mobs that drop the key ranged from easy prey to even match for me. We found a little spot with a few beetles around the corner and he went out to pull one, unfortunently getting a link. Losing his sneak in the process a few bats aggroed as well, leaving us with maybe three beetles and three bats to fight. I started out with 200+TP but it gradually worked its way down to 0, forcing me to only be able to cure when <20%. The rdm's MP didn't last long and I desperately tried to keep us both alive. After the long struggle we managed to defeat the mobs and just barely made it.

I seem to be making a habbit of pulling people out of dangerous situations like that, but only in duo situations it seems.

Um - Im fairly new and was just about JAZZED to no end when I got my BLM up to Lvl10...

In a zillion years or so I might ba able to run with Y'all big kids but right now I'm just happy to be able to take out a Yagudo Initiate without getting smeared, wasted, poisoned or etc etc etc.

I forgot where I saw the posting (I know it was here) about being 1st lvl and watching a rabbit eat your PC for lunch (for me it was a bumblebee, same effin principle) and how depressing that can be - it's nice to finally get somewhere...

One thing (just the one, Mau? ) that does get me and maybe you folks who've been playing this game forever can hip me to the reality - WHY WHY WHY is it SO MUCH HARDER to play mages out of Windurst than it is to play any of the melee jobs out of either Bastok or SanD'oria??? Sandy and Bastok are EASY - walked out the gates and was lvl 5 within the hour and that's soloing WAR in Sandy and MNK in Bastok - one third of the time it takes to level a BLM in Windy (and these are all DC mobs....) I don't get it, unless because of the insane highlevel damage (which, of course will take you years to be able to produce) they make it harder to go at it at the lower lvls???? Nothing makes for a "My PC is gimp, lame and DEAD" like watching a Tiny Mandragora beat the shit out of you - then you lay there for a few seconds and a Taru WAR runs by and snickers in/tell - STFU!! everybody started somewhere (but man, learning to CHECK first is a big help - LOL)

Anyway - WooHoo Lvl10 (hey it may not be much to YOU, but it's an accomplishment to ME) - Oh and FINALLY making a few Gil (folks are throwing around numbers like bankers on here, I'm just happy to have enough (read more than 5K) to buy some food stacks and furnishings to put my flowerpots on! hundreds of thousands of Gil??? WOW!!! And Dynamis costs a Million gil a pop????)...
