Graphics Improvment?? WAA?

Hey guys, well i just found from someone in my ls that when xbox retail version is released....everyone is going to be getting an update in graphics. I found that EXTREMELY hard to believe but he seemed to be pretty serious about it. I dont know if hes lying or anything and i dont know if this post as been set up yet. Well i just found it a little weird seeing on the pc graphics arent that bad anyway. It would be wicked to see an update in graphics for all pc users when the 360 game comes out. What you guys think?

no. it was mentioned before (if you use the search button) that there will be no graphics upgrades. the xbox360 will get increased draw distance and some fiddling for HD tv, but that's about it.

PC/PS2 will get nada for the conceivable future.

FFXI Producer Hiromichi Tanaka has said in an interview that there is the possibility that PC users may get a slight upgrade to take advantage of some of the optimized graphics featured in the Xbox 360 version, such as that upgraded environmental draw distance and more vibrant colours, but that's about it. Don't expect to see a completely revamped FFXI engine, ever.
