I don't know anything about the creature or incident. But, from reading the conversation it "pulls others" in? Is it too high for a bunch of 75THFs to use Flee to pull it there if it can't normally be pulled there wherever 'there' is? I'm just asking.

But still, the conversation makes me just ROFL!

Nope, you can pull it there but like any mob it will go back to where it started.

And the people losing job comment was a joke. Also, did they ever conclusively say it was a hack? GM acted like it might have been a glitch or something.

Ok "pulling you in" is when your standing a distance from the mob, like lets say a mage would. If the mob targets you and pulls you in, the next thing you know your standing underneath or next to the mob! LOL So basically pulling the mob would certainly be an interesting feat!
