Where are all the maps?

One of my goals in this game is to collect all the maps, but i am having trouble locating them all? Is there a vender that sells them all? Or do you get most of them from coffers and the like? Is there a walk through i can find that can tell me where t find them all? Thank you

some you buy
some you open from coffer
some are quested

buying is obviously easiest
coffer is actualy not hard at all once you get good at being stealthy. helps to have reraise too. the hardest coffers are probably ifrit (because it's a complicated zone, and dangerous) and temple of ugg (because often the coffer is behind ugg. or prelate key doors, but if you hang out there enough you'll get it). sky coffers are actually easy because no one camps them, but they can take a while because you just have to run all the way around the zone until you find it.

most map quests are a real pain. attowah isn't hard (if you are 75), ulerand range is soloable but dangerous because of true-sight monsters.

the hardest maps to get:
the 3 Sea maps, because you'll need some high-level help to get to all the NPCs
phom. aqueducts, requires help or a lot of reraise
4 promyvion maps, especially promy-vazhl. for p-v map you have to kill an NM in promy-mea, dem or holla to get a ra/ex recollection, then use that to pop an NM in p-vaz, which drops the white memosphere. then you use that to get your map.

good luck getting maps is fun. once you get a lot of maps, i recommend replacing them in your DAT file with enhanced maps that show all the NM + coffer locations, and hidden areas/routes. makes the game more fun

And here was me thinking that CrawlersNest map was the hardest to get.....
