    Okie, I'm trying to reactivate my account, and when I put my Credit card information in, and go to submit it, it tells me this "Request Not Processed, For your security, this request cannot be processed at this time, Please wait a few minutes and try again"

    OKie, I have waited for awhile and tried again, and it says thing over and over again..
    Anyone know what could be the problem?

    I suggest calling them and doing it over the phone. If there is a problem with the card they can tell you so.

      Try giving it some time. Make sure you're entering the information in exactly as it says on the card.
