Umm.. How do I do this? I went to Purchase new content ID.. put my stuff in and when I get to registration code, I put the one in and it says invalid code. So I was thought maybe I need to go to renew. I went there but it said there's no id to renew..

you have to use the original FFXI Registeration code to purchase new content ID. There's no "renewing" involved. Re-check the code, and also remember that code is CASE sensitive. It's all in CAPS.

I had the same problem the other day Panth... Wouldn't let me re-use code, kept saying it was invalid or something. So, in the end, I just had to ring p POL and got them to reactivate. Random, because when I went to reactivate it, it expired Jan 05, and data is retained for 3months lol... But yeah, that's the only way I think
