I kept seeing people use this and didn't know what it meant so I looked itup on Urban Dictionary: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=orz&r=f

1. orz
It is a Japanese based emoticon of a man pounding his head on the floor.
The o is the head.
The r is the arms.
The z is the legs.
Used to symbolize the emotion of frustration.
Our puller is a complete n00b... he just pulled a soldier crawler and now we have three adds... orz...

There are 2 varriations of orz.
Elvaan: o-rz (the '-' represents our large necks)
Taru: oz (they have too small of arms to be seen)

Just something my LS mates came up with when we first learned about it.

Yes Rikus, I feel your pain. When I started to see the JP do it, I thought it was cute. Then here and there I saw others doing it. Then it started to come in every other post. We should petition for a orz chat filter! LOL

I don't know. It does get used alof but 'lol' is still used alot too.

I know what you mean about it replacing the period though. I hate when you get things like "I just went to the shops, lol". Personally I just don't see what's funny about going to the shops....
