Ok my parents unsubscribed my FF account(or content ID) on my computer because they just hated it when i played it for some reason. Well iv gotten so addicted to FF becaise i haven't played it for so long, that iv actaully thought of doing this.


Ok so i buy a network adapter, and a copy of FF for my ps2, and install them. Now my question is could i just use guest login and use my friends account so i don't have to use my parents credit card to subscribe????

p.s dont tell me that I should just obey my parents, because I swear they're just plain crazy and think ill trun into one of those dungeons and dragons people....which isnt true at all.

You could, though you would need his password, a Content ID (Unless there is an open one) and you would not be able to play at the same time as your friend.

Well you better iron out the payment plan with him. If he continues to play and lets you have an extra character, you could end up paying only a buck. But if he quits, I'm sure he'll want the entire 12.95 a month for it. Unless he's independently wealthy and will fund your addiction. LOL

As far as listening to your parents, you should. Sorry as a parent I had to say it. They must have a reason for it. Falling behind in school? Not doing your chores? Not helping out around the house? Not getting out or doing anything but gaming? These were all issues that got my son stomped on when he was in school. My rules were different though, he could game on Sat. and Sun. but Mon. to Fri. was off limits if he was screwing up. Did you try working something out with your parents? It goes over well and shows maturity if you admit that you screwed up and will take reduced gaming time in return until you can prove that you'll fix your mess. But doing it behind their back is only gonna piss them off BIG time. If I were your mother and found out that you did this behind my back, say goodbye to your computer and any gaming system you have. So be careful, I don't know how strict your parents are but you could be asking for a world of hurt.

ePassporte robbed me.

I created an account, loaded in 27 euro, after months of waiting i never got an email with the virtual card number, my bank says the money was sent successfully and i have a receipt, now i cant login to ePassporte, im 101% sure im typing the right login and password cus its stored in the cookies, i also typed it down and stick-it'ed it on the screen, ive emailed square about this and no reply what so ever for weeks ^^

Uhh... Sorry to ressurect dead threads, but I was thinking of using this epassporte thing.. But after reading this i'm kinda worried.

Due to epassporte I can't play Final Fantasy XI for more then 1 month already. I emailed them more then 1½ months ago, because I didn't knew their address. It's needed when paying online via my bank. But still no response to that.

So I payed without their address. Bank had no problems, but my money never have been added to my account. So, there goes €35 down the drain.

And now their website seems to be down...
