Speed Belt removed from KA?

has anyone seen a speed belt drop since the recent BCNM additions? i'm a gaijin and my LS is mostly NA so we've never claimed it, before or after, but there hasn't been a speed belt sale in over a month and people are beginning to suspect it doesn't drop from KA anymore. so, does anyone have any info pertaining to this?

It still drops.

It's always been very rare drop, and chances are people who are getting it aren't selling on AH. Especially with AH taxes, its better to sell those items in a bazaar or trade.
