Congratulations on not understanding the topic at all. You're attempts at attention whoring and trying to get a couple laughs out of the witless are getting dull and stale.
It takes time to build, but it takes even less time to tear down. If Picasso sees a mistake in one of his paintings, he can't go in and slop some paint around to fix it. He has to be careful and exact, which takes time. If it takes a long time to create something, it will undoubtedly take a good amount of time to fix it.

1. GMs are paid professionals that deal with player problems. You could get bots to deal with getting players unstuck if that was all they had to do.
2. GMs are impersonal, representatives of their company. Their training as a GM and as an arbiter of fairness and justice within virtual worlds where people spend real amounts of time and effort is a reflection of how the company they represent thinks of their player base.
Because said training is woeful (inconsistency everywhere, a general a complete and utter lack of action is severe player confrontations), it's a reasonable collarary to make, that the company thinks less of it's players then would be wise or appreciable.
That players constantly complain about these problems... and that either these problems and their solutions should be within the jurisdiction of the GM's power (as they have been in most other MMORPGs) or that these problems should have been dealt with long ago; as evidenced by their message to players, explicitly stating that they would ban anyone that sought to exploit some of the NPC economy bugs. That they haven't dealt with the problem with as much ferocity is pretty strong evidence for the contempt they hold for us; problems that extend playing times have very low priorities on been rectified... while problems that shorten playing times... well, they're looked at pretty carefully.
For the longest time, Square-Enix has displayed nothing but contempt for their players time and effort that they put into the game. Which is a damn shame.
