How long do these usually take to go down, and how long do they stay down for?(without using ice clusters)

They stay down for around 20-60 seconds id say, and they go down around every 10-15 minutes, I dont remember exactly but I used to run though Ifrits Cauldron for ZM5 pretty often, and never used Ice Clusters.

Certain ones in Ifrit's only last for five minutes, the one near the Ash Dragon spawn for example, however; the ones near the entrance require approximately 15-20 minutes to go down.

Strange, I've gone through there several times and never had to wait more than about 5 min for them to go down, even if I just missed it going down and had it come back up in my face.
