I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL CHARACTER, I KNOW U HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER CONTENT ID BUT I DONT KNOW IF I AM BUYING A A WHOLE NEW ONE OR IF I AM JUST BUYING THE $1 ONE.

Any extra content ID you make is always going to be $1 extra. First create a new content ID and then go and create the character in the game.
