    How often does she spawn?

  • #2

Leaping Lizzy's spawn rate is actually 15 min. - 3 hrs. it follows a specific spawn pattern after each New/Full Moon phase. What the pattern is you'd have to stick around for about 7hrs to figure out though. If the 7hrs puts you in the New/Full Moon phase then forget figuring it out cause it's going to change on you.

Spawn patterns I've had lizzy do are:

      15min. - 2hrs.
      1hr. - 3hr.
      30min. - 3hr.
      30min. - 1hr.

Basically Lizzy will spawn at one of the following times from it's last spawn: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr, 3 hr.

At any one of those 5 times it'll spawn.

leapin lizzy is known to spawn 5 minutes after last spawn, an up to 4 hrs other times. an some days its easier to hunt lizzy then others. 1 day it spawned every RL hour about 7 times in a row.

so if you plan on it, be prepared for a long sit, groups hunting it, no drops,an nobody killin placeholders...

        good luck!

Yeah, the 5min. and 4hr. ones are such rare occurences when I've done it that I kind of doubt considering them probable. The most common amounts I usually come across is every hr, or every 3 hrs.

i was told it could pop after 5 mins of last kill. but i didnt believe it. then one day i was hunting lizzy. i had lost the pop too 2 people who had been camping it. when they beat lizzy an nothing dropped, everyone headed back to bastok. so not bothering killing placeholders i was on the phone when out of nowhere leapin lizzy popped. and right infront of me. so secs later i had killed it with no drop.

yes it was a very rare pop just like the 30 min ones. but they do happen. so its best to not leave the computer, or area. cause leapin lizzy might just spawn again.. then aain the next one could be 3 hrs or so later..

{Hmm.} I disagree. I've been camping lizzy for a few months now, at least once a week. More often lately as I'm saving for Haubergeon and Amemit Mantle+1 and I've never noticed any pattern. It's completely random.

The spawn time is 14 minutes 'till whenever. If no placeholders are killed, it will never spawn. There are no set times or patterns on spawn times or locations.

The shortest spawn I've ever seen was 14 minutes, and the longest was seven and a half hours. The most occuring spawn times that I have actually noticed are 30 minutes, one hour, two hours, and three hours. That doesn't mean that it will spawn at one of those times - hell, it could mean it'll spawn exactly 43 minutes after the last one. You just don't know.

Yeah, I tried looking for a pattern but through seeing over 100 spawns I could not find a single one. I even thought for a while that the Schrapnel spawning from time to time had some relation to Lizzy's spawn.

All placeholder spawns in this game are determined through probability - which means it's completely random. Each time a placeholder is killed, there are mathematical calculations made for whether or not that that specific monster will trigger the NM.

But hey, if you figured out a pattern, good for you. I just don't see one and none of the people I see camping it regularly see one either after a while.
